Why you should use No Script

What many people don’t know about the internet is when you visit a website you think your browsing a safe site. But what you don’t see is the scripts running in the background. These are dangerous malicious scripts that can mess up your computer and you would think you have a virus. But it is most likely a system infected with malware.

The NoScript Firefox extension provides extra protection for Firefox, Seamonkey and other mozilla-based browsers: this free, open source add-on allows JavaScript, Java, Flash and other plugins to be executed only by trusted web sites of your choice (e.g. your online bank).
NoScript also provides the most powerful anti-XSS and anti-Clickjacking protection ever available in a browser.
NoScript’s unique whitelist based pre-emptive script blocking approach prevents exploitation of security vulnerabilities (known and even not known yet!) with no loss of functionality…

Pros: A) Powerful JavaScript/ Java/ Flash Blocker for Firefox
B) Really useful especially clickjacking attacks then NoScript will save you.
C) You can configure on how NoScript will act if allow the scripts or make it untrusted.
D) It will popup on how many scripts were blocked from a certain website.
E) Very effective especially in XSS vulnerability as lately this days you need this tool.

Cons: A) A bit annoying especially website that were legitimate the scripts were blocked so some elements were missing.
B) Takes time to make an exception to the website for blocking scripts.

Conclusion: NoScript as recommended addon to protect against XSS and Scripts that were malicious, so when accidentally went to a dangerous site then NoScript will pop up.

Clickjacking is one of serious threats happen so NoScript is one of the tool to prevent the attacks.
